It has been a long day at the corporate gig. Stepping into a new role and helping to develop it as well. My partner and I are preparing for a business trip tomorrow, (instead of the originally planned fun time at Midsouth Convention this weekend, but adulting comes first, right?), and at the same time trying to help a friend. So it was a nice little pick me up to receive this invitation in my email today.

The dates for the convention are the 10th-12th of November and the convention will be held at the Memphis Hilton.
Please let me know if you are interested in attending this year’s convention.”
My spirits picked up considerably at this invitation. The invitation does not come with a table, but I am certain can find someone willing to split a table or get one myself by then.
